The students of the Pre Primary and Junior department of the school visited the old age home ‘Mamta ka Mandir’ on 23rd of June 2025. Students were greeted with warmth and kindness by the residents and staff. Students spent time talking to individual residents, listening to their life stories, and offering words of comfort and companionship. As a gesture of care, students gifted residents with biscuit packets and refreshments. The atmosphere was described as joyous and satisfying, with both the residents and students experiencing a positive impact from the visit. The visit reinforced the importance of respecting and cherishing the elderly, recognizing their wisdom and the value of companionship in their lives. It also emphasized the need for unconditional love and a compassionate approach to those less privileged. Students expressed a desire to continue visiting and engaging with the residents, recognizing the positive impact these interactions have on the well-being of the elderly and the valuable lessons learned by the students.
