Admission Information
Admission for the session 2026-27 is now open. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Age Eligibility: The prescribed age criteria must be strictly followed. Applications will not be processed if the child’s age does not align with the specified requirement for the selected class. Kindly refer to the age criteria provided before choosing a class.
- Registration & Admission: Registration alone does not confirm admission. Admission will depend on the outcome of the assessment process and the availability of seats. Applicants must meet the prescribed age criteria. Additionally, the child will be placed in the subsequent class following the one currently attended.
- Application Accuracy: All fields in the Registration Form must be duly filled with accurate information. The child’s date of Birth, Father's & Mother’s names should be supported by the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. Birth Certificates issued by the Nursing Home/Hospital will not be accepted. Both parents’ ID proof (ADHAR, PAN or Passport) is required to be submitted at the time of admission. For any correction of the above, an affidavit from the 1st Class magistrate should accompany an application to the principal. Any discrepancy may lead to cancellation of both the registration and admission by the Management.
- Fee Policy: Fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable, except for the Caution Money, which is refundable upon withdrawal, subject to clearance of all dues. The tuition fee is required to be paid from the 1st quarter, irrespective of the admission date and the student’s attendance.
- Admission Confirmation: All admissions (class 2 onwards) will be treated as probationary and will be confirmed on submission of the Final Term Marksheet and Transfer Certificate from the present school.
- Transport Facility: The school provides air-conditioned transportation across Kolkata and surrounding areas, equipped with CCTV surveillance, GPS tracking, and onboard first aid kits to ensure the highest standards of student safety. For students, carpooling is not advised, keeping in mind their comfort and overall security.
- Final Authority: The Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all admission-related matters.

Admission Procedure
The admission process consists of the following steps:1. Registration
Applicants may register for the desired class through:
- Online Mode: Via Campuscare or AdmissionTree
- Offline Mode: By submitting the registration form at the School Office
2. Assessment
The school conducts an assessment based on the class applied for:
- Nursery , KG-I and KG-I Students participate in a group interaction, while both parents are separately interacted with by the Principal or Headmaster/Headmistress. The date and time of the interaction are communicated to parents via email. Selection is based on the average grade secured by both the child and the parents during the interaction.
- Class 1 and Above Students are required to appear for a written examination. Parents are informed of the examination schedule through email.

Parents may apply online through Campuscare or AdmissionTree, depending on their convenience. Alternatively, the registration form can be collected from the School Campus and must be submitted within 3 days of collection, duly filled in all respects.Offline Registration Guidelines
Submission Instructions
- The Registration Form must be filled in BLOCK LETTERS and submitted in person to the School Office between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, within 3 days from the date of issue.
- Parents/guardians must carry the original Money Receipt issued at the time of purchasing the Prospectus.
Form Completion
- The Registration Form must be filled out personally by the parents. Incomplete or illegible forms will be automatically rejected.
- All fields are mandatory. If a field does not apply, please write NA (Not Applicable).
- Details such as the child’s name, parents’ names, and date of birth must match the Birth Certificate exactly.
- Parent information must be provided for father, mother, or both, depending on custody. Single parents must submit relevant legal documentation.
- If the Local Guardian is different from the parents, the Local Guardian Nomination Form must be submitted.
Eligibility & Class Placement
- Age criteria must be strictly followed. If the child’s age does not match the class applied for, the registration may be cancelled. (Refer to Age Criteria Chart)
- Parents must apply for the class the child is academically eligible for. From Class 2 onwards, the Transfer Certificate (TC) and Mark Sheet must validate the child’s qualification. Mid-term TCs will not be accepted for promotion to the next class.
Assessment Schedule
- The date and time for examination/observation/interaction will be communicated at the time of registration.
- The School Management reserves the right to reschedule these without prior notice.
- No requests for changes in the scheduled date or time will be entertained.
- Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation / competent authority / Passport; self-attested). Certificates from Nursing Homes/Hospitals will not be accepted.
- Three identical stamp-size colour photographs of the child (to be pasted on the Registration Form, Medical Form, Student Admit Card & Parent Card). Also paste photographs of each parent on the Registration Form.
- Medical Form (original), duly filled and signed. Attach a photocopy of the vaccination card.
- Medical Certificate (form filled by a doctor), if any allergies or health conditions need to be disclosed.
- Mark Sheet / Report Card of the last annual examination. For Class XI applicants: include Class IX final and pre-board mark sheets.
- Aadhaar Card (photocopies of both parents and child).
- Passport & Visa (for foreign nationals).
Important Notes
- Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to assessment and seat availability.
- The School Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate applications will be rejected. Once registered and assessed, a student cannot reapply.
- If an applicant fails to meet eligibility criteria, the registration will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- Rejected candidates cannot reapply. If identified, such applications will be dismissed immediately.

Parents who opt for the physical registration form are required to submit the completed documents at the School Office within 3 days of collection. - Fields marked with a red dot (*) are mandatory. If a field does not apply, enter NA (Not Applicable).
- The maximum file size for uploads is 1 MB.

- Parent details must be filled for father, mother, or both. If you are a single parent, select accordingly and upload the legal document (e.g., divorce certificate).

- After submitting the form, pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹2500 plus applicable conveyance charges (GST) online.

Additional Notes
- The Admit Card must be printed on A4 size paper and presented at the School Reception on the day of the exam/interaction.
- Medical Certificate Form must be downloaded and filled out by a doctor if any allergies or health conditions need to be disclosed.
- Attach a photocopy of the vaccination card at the time of admission.
- Age criteria must be strictly followed. If the child’s age does not match the class applied for, the registration may be cancelled. For any concerns regarding age eligibility, please reach out to the School Office for assistance. (Refer to Age Criteria)

General Instructions for Admission
Admission Confirmation
The admission process consists of the following steps:- Parents of selected candidates will be notified via email. Admission must be completed within the timeframe specified in the selection letter.
- Please note, the school reserves the right to release the allotted seat if the admission is not secured within the stipulated deadline.
- The parents of the selected students will be informed through email. The admission required to completed within the dated mentioned in the selection letter. The school reserves the right to release the seat if the admission is not secured within the stipulated time frame.
Document Submission Checklist for Admission
The following documents must be submitted at the School Reception at the time of admission, along with the signed Undertaking and the admission fee payment receipt:- Child’s Identification

- Copies of valid ID proof for both parents (Aadhaar Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License), signed by either parent.

- Photocopy of the Mark Sheet or Report Card from the last annual examination attended at the previous school.
- For Class XI applicants: Class IX final mark sheet and pre-board mark sheet.
- Transfer Certificate
- Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (from Class 2 onwards).
- Admission will remain provisional until the Transfer Certificate is submitted.
- Students will not be admitted or placed in a higher class than indicated in the Transfer Certificate.
- Medical Disclosure
- Photocopy of the vaccination card
- Medical Certificate detailing any allergies, health conditions, or medical concerns. The relevant form is attached to the selection email.
- Migration Certificate
- Applicable only for Class XI students migrating from boards other than ICSE.
- Original Migration Certificate must be submitted.
- Single Parent Documentation
- In case of bereavement: Death Certificate of the deceased parent.
- In case of separation/divorce: Legal documentation from the court, including child custody details.
- Name Change Documentation
- Name Change Affidavit.
- Application to the Principal for updating school records.
- Foreign Nationals
- Duly filled Passport & Visa Details Form.
- Photocopies of the child’s Passport and Visa.
- Local Guardian Nomination
- Completed Local Guardian Nomination Form, if parents reside out of town or if the guardian is not one of the parents.

- The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year.
- Fees can be deposited in advance. Fees once paid cannot be refunded.
- Fees may increase as determined by the School's Board of Management.
- ECS is mandatory for the Education fee and Transport fee. Filled-out ECS Form to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Tuition fees from the 1st Quarter/beginning of the session are required to be paid, irrespective of the date of admission.
- Quarterly fee (Tuition & Transport) can be paid online through our online partner gateway: dpsm.campuscare.info
- We do not accept Amex Card or Business Credit Card for admission fees or quarterly fees payment at the school.
- 10% Waiver of Admission Fee (Rs 7000/-) is applicable if a sibling is studying in DPS Megacity
- The school reserves the right to adjust any outstanding dues against the security deposit at the time of final settlement during the student's withdrawal process.
- Quarterly fees must be paid by the 10th of each quarter. Any delayed payments beyond the due dates will attract late fines as follows:
- ₹250 for payments made between the 11th and 20th day of the due month, after the due date.
- ₹500 for payments made between the 21st and 30th/ 31st day of the due month, after the due date.
- ₹1000 for payments made after 30th/ 31st day but on or before 10th of next month of the due month.
- ₹2500 for payments made between the 11th and 25th of the month following the due month.
- The school reserves the right to cancel the admission if payment is not received by the 25th of the month following the due month.
