- Academic: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Professional: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.
- Certification: Qualified in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or CTET (Paper II) as per board norms.
- Desirable: Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum and familiarity with NEP 2020 pedagogies.
