On 1st August 2025, our school participated in hosted Bhasha Gaurav, an inter-school literary and cultural event dedicated to celebrating the beauty of Bengali and Hindi languages. The event was hosted by DPS Barasat. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across schools, who showcased their talents in recitation and dramatics with grace and flair.
A key attraction of the event was the ‘Rhymescape’ segment, where young voices brought poems to life with expressive delivery and rhythmic charm. Our school’s bright young stars- Riyanshi Goenka from Class II, Yashwina Jeswani from Class III, and Viraj Singh also from Class III captivated the audience with their delightful performances, marked by clarity, confidence, and stage presence.
The event as a whole reflected the students’ artistic expression, love for language, and cultural pride. The performances, presented in Bengali and Hindi, beautifully conveyed the emotional and literary richness of both languages. The judges commended the participants for their articulation, confidence, and interpretative skills.
