Shri V.K. Shunglu joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1962 and held the position of Secretary in the Ministry of Health and the Family Welfare, GOI and Ministry of Industry and Company Affairs, GOI. In 1996 he was appointed as Comptroller and Auditor General of India and retained the position for six years during which he was elected for top positions in various international audit organizations and was honoured with various awards for his exemplary services.

After his retirement he was invited to head various important Government Projects, Committees and Panels. He was conferred with the prestigious Padma Bhushan in 2019 for his meritorious contribution in the field of civil services.

Shri Kaushik Dutta is a Member of Working Committee and Governing Body of The Delhi Public School Society.
The Delhi Public School Society is the apex body that oversees all DPS schools in India and abroad.
He is also listed as a Member of the Managing Committee of DPS International.
He is the Chairperson of more than 20 Delhi Public Schools.
He strongly believes in “excellence, developing students to their full potential and making them lifelong learners and leaders of tomorrow”.
Mr. Dutta has a very impressive professional background. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 25 years of experience.
Formerly, he was in leadership roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers
and the Founder of Thought Arbitrage Research Institute (TARI),a not-for-profit think-tank working in corporate governance, public policy and sustainability. He was the Adviser to PSI and a visiting faculty at IIM Lucknow and IIM Bangalore. He is the Co-author of the book _‘Corporate Governance: Myth to Reality’, which is rated among top 3 books on the subject by Global Forum of Corporate Governance, USA.
Mr. Kaushik Dutta is the Chairman of Eternal Limited (a company that owns Zomato, Blinkit, District etc.) and Director of Hero Fin Corp Ltd., Ather Limited, Ship Rocket, Bharat Pe etc.
In essence Mr. Kaushik Dutta brings together corporate expertise and educational vision, contributing significantly to the growth and governance of the DPS Society. His guidance continues to steer DPS Schools to become centres of learning leadership and value.
