MEGASPORTS AWARDS CEREMONY

The Megasports Award Ceremony 2025–26 was held on 6th May 2026 to celebrate the dedication, achievements, and contributions of students associated with sports. The event honoured 48 students of Class XII, including outstanding sportspersons from various disciplines as well as members of the Sports Club who have played a vital role in organizing and supporting sporting events throughout the year. The ceremony commenced on a nostalgic note with a specially curated video that captured memorable sporting moments, achievements, and behind-the-scenes efforts of the students. The video created an emotional atmosphere, allowing students and teachers to reflect on their journey and contributions. Following this, the audience was addressed by the Sports Captain, Niharika Jaiswal, who delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and passion for sports. She encouraged her peers to continue their association with sports beyond school, whether as players, mentors, or supporters. The Sports Club was represented by Tanveer Harlalka, who spoke about the dedication and hard work of the volunteers who tirelessly contributed to organizing events. The speech acknowledged the unseen efforts that make every sports event successful and emphasized the spirit of collaboration. Awards were then presented to the students who were nominated by their respective coaches based on their performance, commitment, and sportsmanship. The recognition extended not only to athletes excelling in their respective sports but also to Sports Club members who ensured smooth execution of events. The ceremony concluded on a proud and celebratory note by Mr. Atanu Chatterjee (Deputy HOD) leaving students with a sense of accomplishment and motivation to continue engaging with sports in the future. The Megasports Award Ceremony served as a meaningful tribute to the sporting spirit and the collective efforts of students who have contributed to making the year memorable.
